What domestic shipping services do you offer?

All domestic orders over $75 will receive FREE priority mail shipping. A $3.50 delivery fee will be applied to orders under $75. You will be able to track this shipment via USPS Tracking.

How long will it take to get to me?

Our orders ship from our warehouse in California and Florida. Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. You should add the ship time to the processing days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

Domestic Orders: For orders sent via USPS, most Melted Fit packages will fit into a mailbox. We send our gear in graphic mailer bags so be sure to look out for them in/around your mailbox. If the package is too big and no-one is home, the mailman will leave it outside your house.

Does Onzie process international orders?

International orders over $200 will ship FREE via DHL Express. International orders under $200 shipping to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico will have a $25 flat rate shipping fee. A $40 flat rate shipping fee will be applied to the rest of the world. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, you may incur import taxes/duties/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery time.
